They are responsive and professional in every manner. Programming is more than a series of dates or durations entered into a data base to establish an end date. It’s about having the correct logic, the series of activities that are well considered that replicates what actually occurs on a construction site. RTM have always got it spot on. Getting the logic right the first time is critical to all the stake holders and is exemplifies by the adage, ‘Failure to plan is a plan for failure’.
